Oh, I didn't realize you were just watching it for the first time! BSG is actually my favorite show ever of all time. I JUST LOVE IT SO MUCH.

I think it might become my favorite show of all time as well, though I probably have to rewatch a little more just to see...it is SO GOOD THOUGH AND GAH! All the feelings!
never had very strong feelings about Gaius/Six, though. It wasn't until the finale that I realized I really liked them together.
Well neutral feelings is better than negative feelings--I'm just glad you're not a hater and liked them together in the end! ;)
I don't even really have an OTP for the show. I say it's Kara/Lee sometimes, but I have such a love/hate relationship with that pairing, so. It's basically a tie between Kara/Lee, Roslin/Adama, and Helo/Sharon. Helo and Lee are my favorites.
Yeah, I can understand how K/L would be frustrating, especially if you are a Lee fan...:( I liked them at first, but when they just only had issues they (or just Kara?) refused to work though, and everything...IDK. I was sad for Lee though that he didn't get to be with her even in the end. I think I liked Roslin/Adama and Helo/Sharon more. Helo is great, it's amazing how much I love him and appreciate the actor/appeal of him now in this role, whereas in Dollhouse I absolutely despised his character and wanted to stab him with a fork most of the time (did you ever watch that?)....:s
Everyone hates the finale and I feel like I'm one of the few who doesn't. Idk, I thought it was cool, and appropriate. Ugh, reading your thoughts makes me want to rewatch it and cry forever again. I miss it.
Yay, glad there are a few people out there who liked the finale--I also thought it was mostly appropriate! And heh, if you ever want to have a BSG rewatch/marathon party I would be so game for that! ;)
Caprica is actually pretty good, though! I'm so disappointed it got cancelled, it was pretty fascinating. Some great characters, especially the Adamas.
Hmm, you're the first person I know who has said that about Caprica! I've finished part 1 of the Pilot, and am mostly confused for now, though I see enough to keep watching (I do like seeing the infamous Joseph Adama and learning more about the family!). Also I keep lol-ing at the fact that the Graystones' house is clearly the same set as Gaius Baltar's, and I can't help but think Gaius moved there and remodeled it 58 years later...:p
